| 3. Place the top section over the center. Install washer and wing nut. Hand tighten securely. The base unit is complete waiting for table top installation. Click to enlarge image for greater detail. |

| 4. Install lock bar using #8 bolt, nut, and washer provided. Tighten securely with screwdriver and pliers. Click to enlarge image for greater detail. |

5. Remove white PVC pipes from Billboard, remove the lock nuts, insert pipes through the top. Replace nuts under the top, hand tighten and a sharp twist when snug, will lock the pipes nice and tight. Click to enlarge image for greater detail. |

| 6. Top Section shown completed with Guide pipes installed in top. Simply slide the billboard down the pipes and the Professional Model Regi-Stand is complete ready to go to work for you.
