1.  Place the box on the base unit and attach with bolts and washers provided. Hand tighten or use pliers if necessary.  Click to enlarge image for greater detail.

3.  Install lock bar with #8 bolts and nuts. Tighten with screwdriver and pliers. Click to enlarge image for greater detail.

4.  Place the key locking table top on top of base unit, after installing billboard to the table top.

5.  Install the billboard to the locking table top with the U-Bolt and nylon cushion washers. Click to enlarge image for greater detail.
 

6. Attach the nylon wing nuts to the u-bolt holding the billboard to the table top.Click to enlarge image for greater detail.
